Steamed skinless chicken breast

I tried boiling chicken as it’s fast and easy, but realise the taste was bland and dry. So tried this method: 

  • Soy sauce 
  • Vinegar
  • Wine/other alcohol 
  • Sesame oil & coconut oil/other oil
  • Pepper

Marinate the chicken about 20-30min in the fridge. 

Steam for 8-10min until toothpick comes clean.

Done. Easy and nutritious! 
Notes: 

  • Coconut oil tends to cover other flavours so perhaps should use oil with less strong flavour.
